Right now we are looking to form a core team, with individuals proficient in all areas of production to form the nucleus of our expanding company.

You will be involved in all aspects in the creation of custom-made concrete furniture and architectural motifs. This may include developing tooling, casting methods and finish strategies, as well as executing these plans. Every job is different and may require novel approaches, your creativity and a dedication to continuous improvement is essential.

This work entails medium to large concrete castings and handling of heavy tools and materials, with adherence to safety of paramount importance.

You will be:

  • Making templates

  • Sculpting molding profiles, appliques, insets, reliefs

  • Making molds in wood, foam, urethane, plaster and fiberglass resin

  • Formulating high-performance-concrete mixes

  • Creating and applying surface texture techniques

  • Mixing and matching color pigments

  • Casting glass-fiber-reinforced concrete

  • Processing and sealing concrete castings

  • Formulating material handling strategies

  • Delivering and installing pieces
